Tr3́s
Tr3́s was the first television network to broadcast the Campaign’s Life As We Know It series of public service announcements (PSAs) created by and for Latino youth. Tr3́s aired the PSAs during a special programming block of the MTV hit reality series 16 and Pregnant.

Tr3́s, part of MTV Networks, is the most-widely distributed television network dedicated to serving today’s bicultural Latino youth. Tr3́s’ programming is rooted in the fusion of American and Latino music, cultures, lifestyles, and languages.

In addition to launching our PSAs on-air, Tr3́s.com posted the Life As We Know It short film online and blogged about the project on their Blogamole.com website.

Furthermore, Tr3́s.com provided weblinks to the Campaign from several of their program’s websites, including Yearbook Chronicles and Quiero Mis Quinces.

Mun2.tv
So far, our collaborations with Mun2.tv have been creative and engaging. Mun2.com aims to provide web-savvy U.S. bilingual/bicultural Latino youth with relevant content and information on issues of interest to the Latino community. In May 2011, to draw attention to The National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy and National Teen Pregnancy Prevention Month, Mun2.tv posted a slideshow comparing popular musical artists and groups to contraceptive methods.

Fox
Fox is fully supportive of the Campaign’s Life As We Know It PSAs and has aired Test and Stereotype pro bono during some of their prime-time hit shows like American IdolGlee, Raising Hope, and The Teen Choice Awards.

Telemundo
Telmundo has aired several national news stories on the impact teen pregnancy is having on the Latino community.  The most recent, featuring the Campaign’s Latino Initiative Senior Manager, Ann Marie Benitez, aired in May 2011.
